SHIPPING COSTS FROM €6.90

The cost of shipping is €6.90 in Italy (with €29.00 euros of shopping, shipping is free). The courier is not required to assemble the delivered items, and delivery will only take place on the ground floor.

SHIPPING METHODS
For each order received Budetta Farma s.r.l. issues the receipt (or invoice) of the goods shipped, by sending a copy to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order for the data, the information declared by the customer at the time of the order is authentic, pursuant to article D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004.

Delivery is intended as street level.

In case of multiple purchases of an item at the same time by several customers, Budetta Farma s.r.l. reserves the right, once the order has been received, to communicate the non-acceptance of the order, in case the item becomes no longer available.

Upon arrival of the courier, the Customer is required to check in the presence of it that:

• The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
  
  
• The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.
  
  
• That the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions must be reported immediately to the courier, adding the words SUBJECT TO INSPECTION DUE TO INTACT PACKAGING, wet packaging or missing pieces, etc. therefore, the reason for this reservation must be specified on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Budetta Farma s.r.l. will not be responsible for goods received in damaged packages accepted without placing the wording "INSPECTION RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING".
  
  
• Any problems concerning the correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our assistance service via e-mail info@budettashop.com; for damaged goods, necessarily send digital photos to assess the extent of the damage.
  
  
• In the event of failure to collect the material in storage at the courier's warehouses within five working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order or due to refusal of the goods, the order will automatically canceled and you will be charged the round-trip shipping costs of €44.00 for single packages, plus any accrued storage costs and any legal fees necessary for the recovery of the aforementioned amounts.
  
  
• In the event that you wish to make a gift and therefore the order is intended for another person, Budetta Farma s.r.l. offers the possibility of entering an address other than the billing address. It will therefore be possible to indicate an address for shipping and one for billing.
  
  

SHIPPING TIMES
All shipments are made within three working days of receipt of payment for the goods indicated as available in the order confirmation. The service is managed by express couriers. When the item is "AVAILABLE", it means that the product is already present in our warehouses and delivery times are 4 working days (5 days for islands and disadvantaged locations). Any delays in delivery (more than 25 working days) cannot be attributed to Budetta Farma s.r.l., as it is not directly responsible.
