Product catalog
Budetta Farma s.r.l.. invests many resources in trying to make its catalog as up-to-date as possible; however, it may happen that, among the products that are part of the said catalogue, some information relating to the products is not correct.

It may happen, for example, that the descriptions and images are not accurate, complete, updated or correct. If it should happen that the product you have received does not perfectly reflect the information available on the site, it is still possible to make it by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the product.

It may happen that some products indicated as available at the time of the order turn out to be unavailable in our warehouses. In this case the product will be automatically canceled from your order and you will be notified by e-mail at no charge on your part.

If you paid by credit card, in fact, this will not be charged for the amount of the canceled products.

In the event that the canceled product is the only one in your order, your order will also be cancelled. In the event that your order contains other available products, these will be regularly shipped to you. It is not possible to request the cancellation of the other products in the order.

In the absence of other information, the price indicated in the catalog is the list price suggested by the manufacturer or estimated on the basis of average prices in the sector to which the product belongs.

With reference to the prices indicated on our website, we cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is placed. In fact, the withdrawal of your credit card takes place only at the time of shipment.

Despite our best efforts, it may happen that some products are incorrectly priced.

In the event that we become aware of such errors, the price of the product you ordered will be updated and our Customer Service will contact you to find out if you still wish to purchase it or if you prefer to cancel it from the order at no cost on your part.

The times indicated in the product detail sheet are purely indicative and not binding on our part. In fact, it may happen that, due to delays in deliveries from our suppliers to our logistics centre, these deadlines are not always punctually respected.

Conditions of sale – acceptance
The contract stipulated between Budetta Farma s.r.l. owner of budettashop.come, the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Budetta Farma s.r.l.

By completing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and that he fully agrees to all the general and payment conditions set out below.

If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been defined, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep the present general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the discipline on distance selling contained in the Consumer Code.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Purchase method
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the online catalog of budettashop.com at the time the order is forwarded and which can be viewed at the address itself, as described in the relative information sheets. The image attached to the description of a product may not correspond perfectly to its characteristics but may differ in colour, size, accessory products possibly present in the figure.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Budetta Farma s.r.l. by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain a "Customer Order Number", the date and time of the order to be used in any further communication and all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any changes to be made.

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Budetta Farma s.r.l.. undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel orders considered unreliable, without any notice. In this situation, in the event that the customer has already made the payment and this is credited, Budetta Farma s.r.l. will proceed with the immediate reversal of the total amount of the order.

Approval
The seller declares that all the products in the catalog and on the market comply with the standards and are approved according to the regulations of the European Community. The seller is not liable in the event of any discrepancy with the standards of countries that are not members of the European Community and/or their lack of approval of the products themselves in said countries.

Risk of loss
In the case of delivery made by shipment, the risk of loss of the purchased products remains with the Customer after the delivery of the package to the courier by Budetta Farma s.r.l.

Limitation of liability
This site is provided by Budetta Farma s.r.l.. as it is and when it is available. Budetta Farma s.r.l. does not give express or implied guarantees on the operation of this site and/or on the contents, materials, information or products included on the site. Furthermore, your access to the site may also be occasionally suspended or temporarily limited to allow necessary maintenance, repair or updating work to be carried out with new services and products. Budetta Farma s.r.l.will try to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions and/or limitations.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. does not guarantee that this site, its servers or sent e-mails are free of viruses or other potentially dangerous components for your PC. By visiting this site you agree that its use is at your own risk.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. reserves the right to cancel any orders that it does not deem reliable and reliable, as well as the right to request, at its discretion, the change of the payment method chosen by the Customer, without the latter being able to make any claim against it.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any damage – of any kind – deriving from the use of this site.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. cannot be held responsible in the event of delay due to insufficient stock in our warehouses and will also not be liable in the event of discrepancies between the ordered items and the published images, texts and photos of such items on this site.

Budetta Farma s.r.l. will also not be responsible for any delay or any non-fulfilment of the obligations set out in these general conditions if the delay or non-fulfilment derives from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure causes not attributable to it.

Finally, Budetta Farma s.r.l. will not be liable for any damages, losses, lost earnings, expenses (direct and indirect) or any other damage that does not depend on its own direct and serious breach in the execution of the sales contract.

Applicable law
The sales contract between the Customer and Budetta Farma s.r.l. is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Salerno (SA).
